Do I need to obtain a referral prior to my child's first physical therapy appointment? 

No, you do not need a referral for PT unless we will be billing Mediciad for services. If your child is covered by Colorado Medicaid, a referral is required in order to get authorization for services. 

Will I receive recommendations of ways to support progress at home? 

Yes. I will work with you to create a tailored home program that will optimize your childs' progress while fitting into your family's daily routine. 

Will you bill my insurance?

I will only bill insurance if your child is covered by Colorado Medicaid. 

Otherwise, payment will be due at the time of service. I will provide a superbill upon request if you would like to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. However, a superbill does not gauruntee reimbursement from your insurance company. 

Where are you located?  

I currently provide services in-home, however, I am excited to begin to offer clinic based services at my new location in south Denver beginning in July 2026. I will be conveniently located near Porter Hospital in the DU/Rosedale neighborhood.

Do you have designated parking? 

There is parking available in a lot behind the building as well as ample street parking out front. Feel free to park wherever you are most comfortable.
